springtime crepes

Happy Saturday, everyone! After an oh-so-gloomy day yesterday (rain and snow showers!), the sun is shining and temperatures finally seem to be headed in the right direction. I am starting to sound like a broken record...spring is here! Spring isn't here. Spring is here...!

J. and I were lucky enough to receive and get to try out our new crepe set recently...my sister makes them so well but ours didn't come out half bad.

I can't wait to try out this recipe from Williams-Sonoma for raspberry crepes with ice cream; I love both sweet and savory crepe recipes but this one seems so perfect for the spring that finally seems to be arriving...and it's pretty much guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth.
